Special Occasion Blinkys

Just in case you haven't seen or heard about "blinkys" they are fun little graphics to place on your web site, in a signature file, message board, eMail, or guest book.

Terms of Use:  The blinky graphics on this page are free for you to upload to your web site. (The web site background & link graphics may not be downloaded or re-used in any way.)  You may not "hot link" to SunE's Place.  Hot-linking is when you do not upload the graphic to your site before displaying on a message board, in a guest book, or other site.  Hot-linking is also known as bandwidth theft and costs me a ton of bucks.  So please play nice =) . A note in the guest book letting me know which blinkies you like best is appreciated but not required.
